Presentation can only be made by using PC.

Please save your data on a USB flash memory. (It is advisable to check the loading on another PC in advance and bring backup data) Please bring your own PC if video and sound is included in the data.
If your presentation is by Macintosh, you are requested to bring your own laptop.
When using your own PC
1.
Please prepare a USB flash memory for backup.
2.
Please also bring along the AC adaptor of the PC
3.
The only type of connector available at the venue is “Mini D-sub 15pin 3”. Please provide your own connector if your PC do not accept this type of connector.
4.
Please turn off the screen saver and power saving setting in advance.
5.
Please unlock any password required by your computer when it wakes up from sleep mode or is restarted.
Presentation by using Tablet is not allowed.
Please operate the provided PC on the podium for your presentation.
Data handed over to us will be destroyed after the end of your presentation.

Poster presentation

1.
Poster presentation is scheduled on Oct 12 from 17:20~18:50.
2.
Please refer to “Schedule & Program” for the details schedule.
3.
Presentation time is 3 minutes and 2 minutes for Q&A.
4.
Chairperson is asked to present yourself to the Poster Reception located at the Poster Hall 10 minutes before your session starts.
5.
Presenter is asked to present yourself to the Poster Reception located at the Poster Hall 10 minutes before your presentation starts.
6.
Please put on the ribbon and wait in front of your poster.

Poster preparation

1.
Each poster presenter will be provided with a 210cm height x 90cm width board.The space for the poster is 160cm height x 90cm width.
2.
Presenters should prepare a header (70cm x 20cm) indicating the title, affiliation and author’s name.
3.
Poster number and pins will be provided at the poster session area.
4.
Poster will be exhibited for 3 days. Please remove your poster during the scheduled removal time. Poster that left after the scheduled removal time will be disposed by the secretariat.
